So I have been dodged by support for a week already.

Watch the video1 - it clearly shows me buying a 40$ bonus buy and never getting to play it.
Reimburse me for wasted time and money.

Once the site has refunded me the 40$ + a gesture of good will for absolutely ridiculous/nonexistent support, then I will mark the topic solved and closed with the conclusion.
